       My name is NANCY ANDERSON and I live in the beautiful city of FORT MYERS, FLORIDA where there is always endless sunshine, sandy beaches, boating , golfing, fishing, and so much more. 

I am a licensed Real Estate professional with SWFL Real Estate Experts specializing in Golf and Country Club residential sales.   Before coming to Fort Myers I worked in private banking in Indianapolis, Indiana.

        I have been # 1 in Listings/Sales in Colonial Country Club since 2008 listing and selling over 300 properties since 2006.  It is a gated community near the SWFL airport with a beautiful 18 hole golf course, Formal restaurant dining with a sports bar, 7 community pools, State of the art fitness center, 10 tennis courts, Pickleball, Bocce ball,  Activities director, Full time fitness director,  Miles of nature trails, and sidewalks throughout.   Just an abundance of activities for an active lifestyle !
